David Sneed, a self-taught baker, began his journey in his home kitchen.
A simple request to bring a dessert to a family holiday resulted in our now classic lemon pound cake, which quickly became a favorite with family and friends alike.
It is common for our desserts to be the first thing to go at family events, holiday gatherings, or important celebrations, as people clamor to get a portion for their dessert and to take home and enjoy for later.
His passion for finding recipes and creating desserts that are both comforting and delicious slowly started to grow, as did his reputation for providing a quality product that never seems to last exceptionally long.
W hat began as a hobby and way to express personal creativity has grown into a small business with a resolute clientele that has prospered through word-of-mouth.
