As our product is perishable, baked and decorated by Sugar by the Pound, our refund policy is as follows:

If you do not pick up your order at the cut-off time listed when selecting a time slot, or are not available at the time of delivery, we do not issues refunds.
If you determine that you your order at a later date, you will have to pay for the original and updated orders, as we cannot resell any products.
If there is a defect in your product, please reach out to us as soon as possible (no later than 24 hours from product receipt) for assistance.
If you try one of our products and decide that you simply don’t care for it, we hope you still consider us for future orders, however, a refund will not be given.
Cancellations and/or changes for all standard and signature orders must be made at least two business days in advance of pick-up time/delivery.
Cancellations made within two business days will not receive a refund.
For custom orders, please ensure that you want the order before placing it; once we start on your order, we will not issue a refund.
No refund will be offered for an amount in excess of the original purchase price, regardless of circumstances.
Sugar by the Pound reserves the right to modify its pricing, product offerings, and refund policy at any time.
