As our product is perishable, baked and decorated by Sugar by the Pound, our refund policy is as follows:

  • Disclaimer: Product images are for illustration only and may differ from the actual item. Please refer to the product description for an accurate representation, as discrepancies do not warrant refund.
  • If you do not pick up your order at the cut-off time listed when selecting a time slot, or are not available at the time of delivery, we do not issues refunds.
  • If you determine that you your order at a later date, you will have to pay for the original and updated orders, as we cannot resell any products.
  • If there is a defect in your product, please reach out to us as soon as possible (no later than 24 hours from product receipt) for assistance.
  • If you try one of our products and decide that you simply don’t care for it, we hope you still consider us for future orders, however, a refund will not be given.
  • Cancellations and/or changes for all standard and signature orders must be made at least two business days in advance of pick-up time/delivery.
  • Cancellations made within two business days will not receive a refund.
  • For custom orders, please ensure that you want the order before placing it; once we start on your order, we will not issue a refund.
  • No refund will be offered for an amount in excess of the original purchase price, regardless of circumstances.
  • Sugar by the Pound reserves the right to modify its pricing, product offerings, and refund policy at any time.
